Finishing touches

This is how my screens looked when I presented them to the class for my group critique. I received a lot of helpful feedback and thus made some changes.

The ‘alcohol’ screen

A comment was made that I should allow for the martini glass to fill up in response to the users unit-count going up. This was a great idea and I decided I would definitely make additional screens to showcase this feature.

The ‘your party’ screen

For my party screen, I received some feedback that some users may not be comfortable sharing their unit-count with their party members. I agreed with this, and decided that the unit count will not be default, but instead something party members can opt in to share.

The ‘route home’ map screen

I received feedback that this map screen may be illegible on a smartwatch screen. I agree that following directions on a map on such a small screen could be difficult, and given the context of my app (intoxicated users).

Final Party Screen

I changed the unit count to a location marker, sharing what bar/ club your friends are currently in. I think this works better as it makes it easier to find your friends whereabouts.

Final Route Home

I changed this screen to the teal colour, making the line stand out. I also added the time to the top corner of all of my screens, for clarity and uniformity.
